Chan Hing-Kai

Chan Hing-Kai is a writer-director and producer from Hong Kong. His screenwriting works include Heart to Hearts (1988), A Better Tomorrow (1986), Beast Cops (1998); and he directed and wrote La Brasserie (2001).
