​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.   Rosalind Cash (December 31, 1938 – October 31, 1995) was an American singer and actress, whose best known film role was as Charlton Heston's character's love interest Lisa, in the 1971 science fiction cult classic, The Omega Man.
