Rachel Melvin

Rachel Melvin (born February 9, 1985) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Chelsea Brady on Days of Our Lives and as Penny in Dumb and Dumber To. Melvin landed her first acting job in the 2005 independent film Boo.
