Tom Fogerty

Tom Fogerty was an American musician, best known as the rhythm guitar player and founding member of the band Creedence Clearwater Revival, and brother of band leader John Fogerty. In the 1980s, Tom underwent back surgery, during which he received a blood transfusion prior to blood being screened for HIV, and he was infected with the virus as a result.
