Actress Safaa El Tokhi (full name Safaa Abdallah Mohammed El Tokhi) was born in Cairo on February 8, 1964. El Tokhi comes from an artistic family; her father Abdallah El Tokhi and mother Fatheya El Assal are famous writers.
